Terms of Service
Welcome to Greeniz.pk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Information
We try our best to display accurate product details, images, prices, and descriptions. However, product color, packaging, size, or minor design details may slightly vary due to supplier stock, lighting, or screen display.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, Greeniz.pk may contact the customer to offer a replacement product, delayed dispatch, cancellation, or refund if payment was already made.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees. Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier price changes, courier charges, stock availability, or promotional offers.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Customers placing COD orders must provide full name, active phone number, complete delivery address, city, area, correct product, and quantity.
COD Order Confirmation
Greeniz.pk may confirm COD orders through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if:
- The customer does not confirm the order
- Phone number is incorrect or unreachable
- Delivery address is incomplete
- Customer provides false information
- Order appears fake, duplicate, or suspicious
- Product is out of stock
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking product details, price, delivery charges, and order information before confirming an order. Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the COD amount at the time of delivery.
Delivery
Greeniz.pk uses third-party courier services for delivery. Delivery delays caused by courier operations, weather, holidays, strikes, or incorrect customer information are not fully under our control.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the parcel is refused after dispatch without valid reason, Greeniz.pk may restrict future COD orders from the same customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Greeniz.pk is not responsible for indirect losses, misuse of products, courier delays, or issues caused by incorrect customer information.
