Return and Refund Policy

At Greeniz.pk, we want customers to receive useful and working products. We check products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete item, you may request a return or exchange.

Return / Exchange Window

Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.

- The wrong product was delivered

- The product does not work due to a manufacturing fault

Conditions for Return or Exchange

- All accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging should be included where applicable
- Clear pictures or video proof must be shared on WhatsApp
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Cases

Return or exchange will not be accepted if:
- The customer changes their mind after receiving the product
- The product is damaged due to misuse
- Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
- The complaint is made after 3 days of delivery
- The product condition does not match the complaint

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, may be processed through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another suitable method after product review. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and case review.

Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed as a Greeniz.pk mistake, defective product, or wrong item, Greeniz.pk may guide the customer regarding exchange or replacement. If the issue is due to customer mistake, incorrect order, or change of mind, return shipping may not be covered.
